+Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haydarpasha Palace und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mehmet Alp Chef und sein Team im Restaurant. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. +The hotel is beautiful, clean and good in size, you can reach restaurants and pools without walking too much. The hamam is nice, but slightly over priced, and the people working there are a bit too pushy to sell their services. Food was ok, some drinks were quite nice. The daily ice cream was a nice touch. The few themed parties we attended were good, especially the DJ was excellent. −Unfortunately there were many things that put us off during our stay. During check in, nobody told us about the hotel and the area, the different restaurants, areas, hamam, kids play area - we found these out ourselves after some days. There was barely any greenery in the hotel area, no park or garden to walk around. The rooms had no blankets, we had to call reception several times to get anything close to a proper blanket. +Wszystko było super, w szczególności kuchnia bardzo tóżnorodna w której każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo dobrze rozwiązany dostęp do basenów, były strefy dla dzieci i tylko dla osób dorosłych, jedzenie i napoje dostępne całą dobę, brak walki o leżaki dla każdego były dostępne , przy plaży zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci i dorosłych. Wszędzie prysznice żeby się opłukać, bardzo czyste łazienki. Bardzo dużym plusem był przy plaży nieduży lunapark dostępny dla gości hotelowych i amfiteatr gdzie codziennie odbywały się różnorodne wydarzenia artystyczne.

−Personalet ude ved pool området særligt animation folket tog på ingen måder ansvar. Selvom der vsr skilte som viste åbne og lukke tider kunne ting være lukkede. Når man spurgte personalet vidste de intet. En prøvede at fortælle os at det ikke var tyrkisk tid der fremgik af skiltene men “world time”. Hvad end det så er. Personalet ude ved pool områderne tog desværre ikke ansvar. Jeg savnede også livreddere ved indendørs pool området.

+View and room were fantastic. Adult only pool was great. Good selection of food.

−Wifi didnt work in room (5th floor). No milk in room for coffee. Water in communal fridges was often warm. Disappointing that ala carte was payable, most 5 star hotels include 1 or 2 visits a week. Suggestion - a hotel map would really help guests.

+Large and a lot to offer. Kids loved the facilities.

−Food was 5/10. Rooms need renovated. We had a two floor room and the banister was extremely wobbly/unsafe. Definitely not a 5* with their food or rooms. Hotel overall on first glance is huge and looks 5* but the detail didn’t quite get that.

Şezlonglarda hiç yetersizlik yoktu, restorandaki yemekler çeşit çeşit, neredeyse her gece başka bir konsept lezzet eklenmesi, hiçbir zaman bitti denmemesi, garsonların hızlı çalışması ve masaya anında gelip içecek servis vs desteği vermesi çok konforluydu. 2 yetişkin bir bebek gittik, bebeğimiz çooook eğlendi, havuzlarda ayrı eğlence deniz tarafında ayrı eğlence. Ücretsiz lunapark, aquaparkı herleyi. Akşam animasyonları çok iyiydi, çok fazla yatırım yapıldığı belli oluyor. Her...

−Çoçuk animasyonu 10 üçerinden 2-3 veririm. Akşamları çocuk diskosu sadece müzik sebebi ile eğlenceliydi, yoksa hep aynı iki üç şarkıda aynı dansı yapıp geceyi kapatıyorlar. 9 gecelik konaklamamızda güzel olan bebeğimizin eğlendiği sadece bir sihirbazlık gösterisine denk geldik. Eğer aktivitelere biz denk gelemediysek demek ki bilgilendirme zayıf.

+Allt var suveränt, vilket fantastiskt hotell å vilken underbar personal på alla avdelningar, allt från städ, restaurang, reception å underhållnings personal var fantastiska på alla sätt, så hårt arbetande å sliter å ger allt för att gästerna ska ha det bästa på sin semester. Underhållningsperonalen är bäst, vilken energi å vilka roliga aktiviteter det erbjuder, gör semester roligare! Underhållningen om kvällarna också väldigt bra. Stor eloge till hotellet å dess underbara personal!

−Enda vi saknade var lite basic mat till våra kräsna barn, saker som pommes, chicken nuggets, margarita pizza fanns ej tillgänglig var dag vilket va synd för kräsna barn.

+Everything was wonderful. Especially in the restaurant area, Mehmet Aslan (the chef) and Hilal were very attentive, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. They made our experience even more enjoyable.

−However, having tip boxes everywhere, even in the rooms for the cleaners, was quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. Also, the constant foreign music and lack of Turkish music were a bit disappointing. To be honest, the hotel seemed to cater more to international tourists than to local guests.

+The kids activities, my children had so much fun and that is what we came here for.

−The maids didn’t clean the rooms properly. The food options were not many and repetitive everyday. The alcoholic drinks felt like soft drinks. But the biggest downside is the distance (1 hour and 50 mins) from the airport.
